Kyiv Dynamo are planning to play next season's European Cup matches in Nuremberg. In any case, at the moment the Ukrainian club is negotiating with Nuremberg on the possibility of holding home European Cup matches at the home arena of this team - Max-Morlock-Stadion stadium, BILD reports.
According to the newspaper, this is the option that Dynamo are now considering as a priority when choosing a home stadium for international matches.
The fact of negotiations was confirmed by the director of the Max-Morlock-Stadion Alfred Disner: "We are negotiating and we are confident. We would like to host Dynamo Kyiv".
It is also reported that the parties are considering the possibility of holding a friendly match between Nuremberg and Dynamo at Max-Morlock-Stadion so that the Kyiv team and its coaching staff could try out and evaluate the field of this arena, as well as familiarise themselves with the stadium infrastructure. The tentative date of such sparring is 23 March (during this period there will be pauses in the national championships due to the national team matches).
