Today has given the world several famous people who closely connected their lives with football:
Vladimir BessonovVladimir Bessonov (1958) was a legendary footballer who played as a midfielder. Bessonov spent most of his playing career at Dynamo Kyiv, where he became a multiple champion.
In 1988 Bessonov was invited to Italian Roma, but Lobanovsky asked him to stay in the team for two more years. In 1990, after the failure at the World Cup, went to Israel, played for Maccabi (Haifa). He stayed in the Israeli club for a short time and started the new season 1991 as a coach of Dynamo Kyiv double. At the beginning of April 2015, he started working at Dynamo Kyiv as a selection coach.
During the large-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Volodymyr Bessonov joined one of Ukraine's territorial defence units.
Jens Jer emis (1974) is a former German footballer who played as a supporting midfielder. Jens Jeremis now works as a football agent together with Jurgen Milewski and Tadeusz Solominski, the three forming a group dedicated to finding talent and helping them to get lucrative contracts with top clubs. Jens Jeremis is the founder of a foundation to help underprivileged children and young people.
Vladimir Maslachenko (1936-2010) is a former goalkeeper and commentator. A native of Dnipropetrovsk region, where he started his playing career as a member of Spartak Krivoy Rog. He was considered one of the best goalkeepers of the late 1950s - the first half of the 1960s. But in the USSR national team he could not displace Lev Yashin from the main goalkeeper. After his football career ended, he became one of the best sports commentators. He died on 28 November 2010 from heart failure.
