According to the source, McDonalds will pay €20 million a year for the naming rights to the French championship. The previous partner, Uber, paid €15 million a year. However, after the departure of the main stars from Ligue 1, represented by Lionel Messi and Neymar, as well as the high probability of Kylian Mbappe's departure, Uber reduced its offer for the new season. The French championship started looking for new partners and reached an agreement with the large fast food chain McDonalds.
