Xavi has only three midfielders for the Champions League return leg against Napoli

The injury to Barcelona captain Sergi Roberto has compounded Javi Hernandez's problems ahead of the Champions League return leg against Napoli on Tuesday.

Roberto was expected to start in midfield against Napoli as Barca lost Pedri, Frankie de Jong and Xavi to injury. According to Mundo Deportivo, the 32-year-old will not be able to take part in the match against the Neapolitans. This means that Xavi has only three ready-made players in the midfield: Ilkay Gundogan, Oriol Romeu and Fermin Lopez.
