The team worked on the field of the Banus football centre. Blue and yellow defender Ilya Zabarnyi commented on the start of the work.
"It is always a pleasure to come to the national team camp. And not only because everything is going well at my club now. I just missed the guys, the internal energy that the team has. Of course, the right note was struck at the club. I am very pleased that I was able to score, because it is important to me. I hope this is not my last goal in England. I will work hard to get goals for the national team. Maybe not the same ones, because that ball was, so to speak, a work ball.
It will be an important game, and we are only aiming to win. All the guys understand this, so I think we will be fine. I think we are ready for the match. We are working on all the aspects, including the standards. We know what to do in such situations. It's good when I have the opportunity to get involved and help my team. I fully support this.
We are in very good weather conditions here. In England, for example, it is raining now. And although I'm used to it, it's nice to arrive and get sweaty even when you get off the plane. The fields and the hotel are very nice here. There is everything for a full preparation, so all that remains is to play," said Ilya Zabarny.
