Everton's English head coach Sean Dyche jokingly slapped his team's defender Nathan Patterson during a team dinner, the Daily Mail reports.

The 22-year-old defender didn't like it. A conflict arose between the player and the coach. Everton captain James Tarkowski intervened in the dialogue and had to calm Dyche down.

The player and the coach left the team table for a while, but after Dyche apologised - they were able to return. Some players were shocked by the situation.
