On 17 March, one of the matches of the 29th round of the Italian football championship took place. Juventus (Turin) and Genoa met.

Juventus vs Genoa match review:

In a tense encounter between Juventus and Genoa, neither team was able to make any headway and ended the match at the Allianz Stadium with a goalless draw. Genoa responded with a substitution in the 79th minute: M. Retegui replaced D. Anchia. As the match entered its final stages, Juventus made one last substitution: A. Cambiaso replaced M. Anchia. Cambiaso replaced M. Keane in the 82nd minute. Genoa also made two late substitutions, with M. Bani and M. Badel replacing G. Cittadini and E. Bohinen in the 85th minute. In a dramatic end to the match, Juventus player D. Vlahovic received two yellow cards in the penalty time, resulting in a red card and suspension. Despite the score advantage, Genoa failed to capitalise and the match ended in a draw. Overall, it was a tense encounter between Juventus and Genoa in which both teams showed solid defence but lacked the sharpness in attack to secure the three points.
