An agreement has been reached that on 3 June the Ukrainian national team will play one of the most titled teams in the world - the German national team. This was reported by the UAF press service on its official Facebook page.
It is reported that the match will take place in Nuremberg at the McMorlock Stadium (starting at 20:45 local time).
It will be recalled that the Blue and Yellows have met the German national team nine times before - four matches ended in a draw, with the Bundestim winning five times. The Ukrainians played their last match with the German national team last year: in June 2023 in Bremen, the rivals did not find a stronger opponent - 3: 3. It was Serhii Rebrov's first match in charge of the Ukrainian national team.
Earlier, agreements to hold away friendly matches in June were reached with Poland (7 June) and Moldova (11 June).
