The International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) has published another ranking of clubs linked to successful team boosters.
This time the organisation provided data on players aged between 15 and 21 years old who have spent at least three years at their home club and are still active in one of the top sixty tournaments, but excluding the top five European championships (England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France).
It turned out that the best on this indicator was Ajax Amsterdam, which gave the world 91 footballers-teachers of the mentioned age category. On the second place - Lisbon "Benfica" and "Sporting" (87 and 85 footballers - pupils respectively), and closing the top five Dynamo Kyiv - 79 footballers - pupils.
Shakhtar Donetsk also found a place in this rating, from which 67 young players are currently playing in world football.
