Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Georgiy Sudakov may soon move to one of Europe's top clubs, but his transfer to Arsenal London is unlikely.
Well-known insider Fabrizio Romano revealed why Sudakov is not a target for Arsenal, whose squad includes Ukrainian Oleksandr Zinchenko.
"Sudakov? "Juventus were also interested in him. Many clubs are following this player. Between Shakhtar and Arsenal are really uneasy relations because of the situation with Mykhailo Mudryk a year and a half ago. "Arsenal were unhappy with this story, so I'm not sure that they are ready to invest so much money," - quotes Romano's words Boot Room publication.
We shall remind you that Arsenal wanted to buy Mudryk from Shakhtar, but Chelsea beat their rivals in the fight for the Ukrainian winger at the last moment.
