Former Liverpool midfielder Steven Gerrard has revealed why he turned down an offer from Chelsea in 2005.

Four or five trophies with Liverpool would mean a lot more to me than 10 or 11 trophies with Chelsea," the Liverpool Echo quoted Gerrard as saying.
