As previously reported, the former Dynamo Kyiv coach Mircea Lucescu has reached an agreement to work for Turkish side Besiktas.
Local media are slowly beginning to report the details of the agreement between the Istanbul club and the Romanian coach. According to Yenicaggazetesi, Mircea will be tasked with winning the Turkish Championship in 2024/2025.
It will be recalled that in the current championship, the Black Eagles have lost their chances of winning, having fallen behind the leader, Galatasaray, by as many as 35 points with eight rounds to go. Nevertheless, the team can still "cling to the European Cups".
