Former Tottenham coach Antonio Conte is a leading candidate for the Napoli head coaching job, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The president of the Neapolitans, Aurelio De Laurentiis, invited the 54-year-old to work after the first dismissal of the coach this season. Napoli's management plans to convince Conte to accept the offer, allowing the coach to manage transfers. De Laurentiis is also ready to offer the coach a salary on par with the one he received in London.
