However, the match was more memorable not for Sudakov's performance or goals, but for the scandalous officiating of the main referee Viktor Kopievsky, who awarded a very controversial penalty to Chornomorets at the end of the first half when the score was 1-1, thanks to which the Pitmen regained the lead.
But that was not the end of Kopijewski's ambiguous decisions. In the second half, for some reason, the referee did not show a warning to Bondarenko, who rolled up against Avagimyan with a straight leg. The episode with a foul, which was a red card, ended with nothing - Shakhtar player was still unhappy that the offence was even recorded.
As a result, Shakhtar got the win under the scandalous officiating of Kopievsky.
