On Thursday, 4 April, the postponed match of the 6th round of the Ukrainian championship took place, in which Luhansk Zorya and Dynamo Kyiv met. The match was nominally a home game for the Luhansk side, but by agreement between the clubs was held in Kyiv at the Dynamo stadium named after Valeriy Lobanovskiy.

The game was rather sluggish in the opening period of the match, but it didn't prevent Dynamo to take a quick lead: on the 7th minute of the match Vanat successfully played in the tackling on Zorya's half of the pitch, broke into the penalty area from the right, gave it to Shaparenko, who in a touch made a cross to Andriyevskyi and the latter sent the ball into the bottom corner of Zorya's goal - 0:1.
This success encouraged Dynamo players, they played more relaxed, increased the pace and, as a result, it resulted in the second goal, which, moreover, turned out to be very beautiful - it was Kabaev who dared to strike from 25 metres and the ball flew exactly into the "nine" of "Zorya" goal - 0:2.
"Dynamo continued to demonstrate the desire to attack, but Zorya resisted with all their might and looked for their chances in counterplay. Moreover, in some situations the Luhansk side managed to conduct positional attacks by a large number of players. For a long time neither Dynamo nor Zorya created any chances, but on the 37th minute Kyivians were close to the third goal - it was Dyachuk who after a corner kick shot with his head on the far post and the ball almost hit the crossbar. However, soon Zorya had a scoring opportunity as well: after a feed from the left flank Vantuch struck a header, the ball was arcing into the far corner of Dynamo's goal, and Buschan reached it with great difficulty. As a result, the first half ended with the score 2:0 in favour of the capital team.
Zorya started the second half more aggressively, and on the 53rd the activity of the Luhansk side could lead to a goal - it was Guerrero who struck a cannon long-range shot, and Buschan, although he reacted, but could not hold the ball, dangerously releasing it into the space in front of him. However, soon Dynamo responded with no less dangerous shot of Shaparenko - in this case Saputin had to work hard.
Closer to the middle of the second half the game levelled and almost immediately Dynamo scored the third goal. In the 67th minute of the game Shaparenko gave a corner kick from the left flank, Yarmolenko at the near post made a cross to the far post, where Brazhko hit the ball almost point-blank into the net - 0:3. And two minutes later Shaparenko shot from the penalty line, the ball was already flying into the goal, but on the goal line met Jordan on his way.
Of course, the game was over, but Dynamo continued to play actively. So much so that they even opened the yellow card count in this match. Well, on the 84th minute of the match the Bilo-Syni were as close as possible to the fourth goal - it was Diallo after Benito's cross from 12 metres and the ball hit the crossbar of Zorya's goal. Well, Kyiv failed to achieve more in this duel (except for a long-range shot by Ponomarenko, after which the ball whistled in the vicinity of the bar) and the referee eventually recorded the victory of Oleksandr Shovkovskiy's team with the score 3:0.
After this result, Dynamo scored 44 points and now occupy the third place in the league standings, 2 points behind the leading Shakhtar.
Dynamo will play their next match within the 23rd round of the Ukrainian championship - at home against Cherkasy LNZ. This meeting will be held next Monday, 8 April, in Kyiv at the stadium "Dynamo" named after Valeriy Lobanovskiy (kick-off - at 15:30).
