- Probably, the coaching staff knows better how ready I am. I train, I give myself in every training session, so when the coaching staff sees that I am ready enough, then they will put me in the main squad. Of course, it is important for every player to play. It is difficult to get fit through training, you need game practice. But the head coach decides who plays.

- It's all right, these are football moments. Sometimes there is understanding, sometimes there is not.
- Do you have enough time to recover between matches?
- Yes, quite enough. I think it's normal to play in three days on the fourth. We have a lot of players, the coaching staff has a lot to choose from.
- You thanked the fans for their support during your recovery. How do you feel now when you go out on the pitch?
- I feel the support (smiles). I'm grateful to them because I felt their support during the six months of recovery, they came up to me and wished me a speedy recovery. I will try to show my best on the football field.
- In the last match, Brazhko passed to you, and today you passed to him. Can we say that you thanked him?
- Let's say so (smiles) . It's football, and on the pitch you don't look at who you're passing to. If your partner is in a better position, you pass it on. As for today's situation, my task was to be at the near post, I managed to extend the ball's flight to the far post, and Brazhko did his job.
- There are just over two months left until Euro 2024. How do you assess your chances of being included in the national team's application for the tournament?
- If I show the level of football at the club that the head coach of the national team will like, it will happen. If I play badly, I won't go to the European Championships. Everything is quite clear. It all depends on me, if I get in shape, the way to the national team will be open.
- In order to surpass Maksym Shatskikh's record, you only need to score 20 goals. Is it important to you?
- "It is important for me that Dynamo becomes a champion. Personal records are secondary, I have never chased these records.
- Dynamo is in good form, with a 10-match unbeaten run. What are the chances of competing for the championship?
- For Dynamo, there is only first place, and we play only to become champions.
