The Swedish national team has announced an upcoming friendly against Serbia to celebrate the career and achievements of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The 42-year-old hung up his boots at the end of last season, ending an incredible 24-year career that saw him win a long list of honours, including five titles in Italy, four titles in France, a title in Spain and two titles in Holland. During his career, the forward scored 62 goals and provided 25 assists in 122 games for the Swedish national team, representing his country at two World Cups and four European Championships.
As announced by the Swedish Football Association, a friendly match between Sweden and Serbia will be played on 8 June at the Friendships Arena in Stockholm in honour of Ibrahimovic's outstanding career.
