Bologna coach Thiago Motta has been named the best coach in Italian Serie A in March.

In March, Bologna played three matches, gaining six points and losing only to the undisputed season leader Inter Milan (0:1). Motta's men defeated Atalanta (2-1) and Empoli (1-0).
After the 31st round of Serie A, Bologna remains in fourth place, which guarantees qualification for the Champions League, the first in the club's history.
