Dynamo Kyiv defender Oleksandr Karavayev shared his opinion on Oleksandriya head coach Ruslan Rotan.

When he came to Oleksandriya, everyone saw that he had, so to speak, his own style, they had their own game. They had a lot of bad results, but still they do not give up their game, they play according to their structure.
There are many young players under his leadership. Even those who were in Dynamo's structure and now play in Oleksandriya are using their potential very well, and he is unlocking them. For Ukrainian football, it is very, very strong when there are such coaches with their ideas, and they then translate it into results," Karavaev told UPL TV.
