As part of the 25th round of the Ukrainian Youth Championship, Dynamo U-19 of Kyiv hosted Polissya U-19 of Zhytomyr at the club's country club base in Vita-Lytovska.

In the first-round match, Dynamo opened the scoring quickly, but still lost 1-2. So the desire to take revenge was huge.
From the opening minutes, Dynamo tried to take control of the game, but it did not come to any particular danger. Soon after, the teams were forced to take an unscheduled rest due to an air raid alert.
After the game resumed, Dynamo controlled the ball in the same way, but it rarely came to a real danger. The White and Blues' shots were either blocked by their opponents or, as in the cases of Kremchanin and Osypenko, the ball flew past the goal.
With the start of the second half, Dynamo rushed with renewed vigour to the opposition goal. Ponomarenko, the team's top scorer, wanted to score, but in one case he shot close to the post from a deadly position, and in another he failed to get over the wall from a free kick. In another episode, the goalkeeper saved a good shot by Salenko. Tsarenko also had a promising chance when he returned to the field after a long break, but when he broke into the penalty area, he missed the corner of the goal.
Surkis was not out of work either. First, Kulmaliyev failed to hit the goal with his header from a few metres out, and then Viacheslav made a save after a powerful shot from outside the penalty area. However, Dynamo had the best chance to open the scoring and snatch the victory. In the 83rd minute, the goalkeeper parried Tsarenko's shot, then Lobko hit the crossbar, and Gusev, who was on the rebound, missed the frame.
The last minutes were nervous, resulting in several warnings to players from both teams, but the score did not change. 0: 0 - Dynamo loses points in the league for the first time since the winter break, but continues to lead the standings.
