According to the source, Kelsey will move to "Cincinnati" on loan. The amount of the deal is $800,000. In the contract there is an option to buy out the agreement of the player from Shakhtar for $ 7 million. It is known that "Cincinnati" has already closed the deal on the transfer of Kelsey.

Recall, Kelsey moved to Shakhtar in January 2023, signing a contract with the Donetsk club until the end of 2027.
