The project "Golden Talent" has published a traditional rating of young Ukrainian footballers under 21 years of age based on the results of a survey of more than 120 experts (each of them named their top three candidates). This time - according to the results of March 2024.

The second place went to Ilya Kvasnitsa from Rukh (88 points), the third and fourth places were shared by Pavlo Isenko (Vorskla) and Bohdan Sliubyk (Rukh), who scored 83 points, and Oleg Ocheretko (Dnipro-1) closed the top five with 68 points.
