Former Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho has spoken about the confidence of the management in the current head coach of the team, Eric ten Hag.
"I didn't have what ten Hag had when he was at Manchester United. I didn't have that level of support. I didn't have that level of trust. So I left sadly because I felt I was at the very beginning of the process. In some moments I felt that if they had trusted me and believed in my experience, things could have been different.
There are still a couple of players in the team that I didn't want to see five or six years ago. I think they have an insufficient level of professionalism for a club of this level. But I have done my job there. Time always crystallises the truth. I would like to see Manchester United succeed," Mourinho told The Telegraph.
