Georgia will apply to host the Champions League final in 2028. Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced this at a government meeting.

Today we would like to introduce you to some important news, which in this case concerns sports. We want to build a new stadium in Tbilisi and apply to host the Champions League final in 2028," the prime minister said.
