The French forward's agreement is valid until December 2025 and includes an option to extend the cooperation for another season. The 37-year-old footballer's salary will be three million euros a year before taxes.
It will be recalled that on the eve of the new MLS season, Giroud's long-term partner in the French national team, Hugo Lloris, joined Los Angeles.
