At its meeting on 26 April, the Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association decided to terminate the powers of the entire UAF Ethics and Fair Play Committee, which was headed by Francesco Baranka.
Andriy Davydenko was appointed as the new chairman of the UAF Ethics and Fair Play Committee and was instructed to prepare and submit to the UAF President proposals on the quantitative and personal composition, powers, duties and functions of the committee.
Andriy Davydenko is the head of the UAF Internal Investigation Service for illegal behaviour of participants in football competitions. The 38-year-old specialist has worked for many years in law enforcement and has experience of cooperation with the UAF in combating the influence on the results of football matches.
