Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino has spoken about whether he should feel responsible for failures this season.

"It looks like I am the only one to blame for the problems, not the whole club, but it has to be the whole club. I think it is important. I am in favour of making decisions. We have signed players. And then we create a new structure.
In some moments I am not involved. My responsibility is for the team to perform. But of course the club designs and plans the structure you have to prove that it works. Because of the results you can say that yes, it is only my fault. But I don't hold the key to the club. I don't make all the decisions here. It has to be clear," Pochettino stated.
