"Real Madrid refuses to raise Lunin's salary to Courtois' level

Ukrainian goalkeeper Andriy Lunin has a current contract with Real Madrid until 2025. The parties are in talks to extend the agreement.

Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian goalkeeper asked the club's management for the same salary as his teammate Thibaut Courtois.

However, according to El Nacional, Real Madrid refused to fulfil Lunin's wishes, as the Galaxy bosses believe that such a salary is too high for the team's second goalkeeper. The "creamy ones" are ready to offer Lunin a more modest salary, while other clubs interested in Lunin are ready to pay more.
