Today, Lviv's Karpaty have secured a place in the UPL for the next season, putting them out of reach of third place in the first league. The press service of the Lviv team addressed the fans on this occasion:
"With four rounds to go, Karpaty have guaranteed themselves a place that leads directly to the Premier League. With 60 points, the green-and-whites are out of reach of Left Bank, which is in third place.
Football club Karpaty congratulates all the fans on reaching the strongest division. First of all, we thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to play football. We hope that our favourite team's entry into the UPL will bring positive emotions to those soldiers who support Karpaty and are now defending Ukraine with arms in hand.
We believe that soon all our defenders will return home and will be able to attend the matches of their favourite teams.
