PSG became the French champion ahead of schedule. This was made possible by Lyon's 3-2 victory over Monaco, the Parisians' main pursuer.

After Monaco's defeat and PSG's draw with Le Havre, the club from the French capital won the championship three rounds before the end of the championship. PSG has 70 points, while Monaco has 58.

It should be noted that this is the 12th championship in history for PSG and the third in a row. The Parisians are the French record holders in terms of the number of championship titles.
