The transfer of Shakhtar's 19-year-old centre-forward Kevin Kelsey to Cincinnati, which was actively announced a little over a week ago by journalists covering MLS events, has been delayed.

The details of Kelsey's transfer from Shakhtar to Cincinnati have already been fully settled, however, to finalise the deal there is still a lack of a work visa, which the player and the staff of the American club are now actively working on.
Recall, earlier it was reported that Kelsey will move to Cincinnati on loan until the end of 2024. For the deal, the American club will pay 700 thousand dollars, and will also have the option to buy the player for 7 million.
