The draw for the play-offs for the right to participate in the elite division of the Ukrainian Championship took place at the Football House.

13 UPL team - 4 first league team
3 team of the first league - 14 team of the UPL
It will be recalled that in accordance with paragraph 10 of Article 5 of the UPL Competition Regulations for the 2023/24 season and paragraph 3 of Article 9 of the PFL Competition Regulations for the 2023/24 season:
"The participant whose main team took 13th place in the final standings in the UPL, must play two playoff matches for the right to participate in the UPL next season with the team that took 4th place in the final standings of the PFL First League Championship season. Theparticipant whose main team took 14th place in the final standings in the UPL, , must play two playoff matches for the right to participate in the UPL next season with the team that took 3rd place in the final standings of the PFL First League Championship season."
