UEFA has officially announced the expansion of the application lists of national teams for Euro 2024 from 23 to 26 players.
We would like to remind you that the initiative to make such a decision had been taken earlier by the overwhelming number of participants in the European Championship. Only France and Germany were against it.
At the same time, despite the requests of a number of national team coaches, the deadline for submission of applications was left unchanged by UEFA: 7 June.
Euro 2024 will start on 14 June. The Ukraine national team will play its first match at the tournament on 17 June against Romania.
