Thiago Silva has agreed a contract with Fluminense

Chelsea defender Thiago Silva has agreed a contract with Brazilian side Fluminense, Globo Esporte reports.

According to a source, last week Silva and his agent agreed a two-year contract with Fluminense. The defender will officially join the Brazilian club in July 2024. Interestingly, Thiago Silva will turn 40 in 2024.

It will be recalled that Thiago Silva joined Chelsea in the summer of 2020. During this time, he played 151 matches and scored 9 goals.
