Andriy Lunin is the first Ukrainian with two Spanish titles

The victory in the 2023/24 Spanish league with Real Madrid was the second in his career for the creamy goalkeeper Andriy Lunin.

Lunin has already won La Liga with Real Madrid in the 2021/22 season. In terms of the number of championships won in the top 5 leagues, the 25-year-old Ukrainian has surpassed Shevchenko and Luzhny. Lunin has won six other trophies with Madrid.

The Real Madrid goalkeeper also became the first Ukrainian to win the Spanish league more than once. In the 2009/10 season, defender Dmytro Chygrynsky won the tournament with Barcelona.
