London-based Chelsea are planning to transfer Shakhtar midfielder Georgiy Sudakov, according to 365Scores on its Twitter page.

According to the source, Chelsea are going to spend heavily again during the summer transfer window. Among the main targets is Sudakov, for whom the Londoners are ready to pay Shakhtar 65 million pounds.

Earlier, Shakhtar rejected Napoli's €40 million offer for the player.
