PSV become the champions of the Netherlands for the first time since 2018

PSV Eindhoven have wrapped up the Dutch league title ahead of schedule with a 4-2 victory over Sparta in the 32nd round of the Eredivisie.

This victory allowed PSV to celebrate the national championship ahead of schedule, as Peter Bosz's team became mathematically unattainable for their rivals two rounds before the end of the Dutch league. Feyenoord, the closest pursuer, has 12 points less.

It should be added that PSV won gold medals for the first time since 2018. In total, this is the 25th championship in the club's history.
