Bayern Munich lost the return leg of the Champions League semi-finals to Real Madrid 1-2.

This was Bayern's last chance to win at least one trophy this season, as the Munich giants had already lost their chances of winning the German championship, losing first place to Bayer Leverkusen, and were eliminated from the German Cup in the last 16.

Thus, for the first time in the last 12 years, Bayern will be without a single trophy in the season. The last time this happened to Munich was back in the 2011/2012 season.

Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid will meet in the Champions League final. The match will take place in London at Wembley Stadium on 1 June. The match starts at 22:00 Kyiv time.
