"Chelsea are set to receive £5m from Real Madrid for Eden Hazard, despite the Belgian announcing his retirement back in October.

Despite the fact that the 33-year-old footballer and Real Madrid agreed to terminate the five-year contract early, its terms remain valid.
"Chelsea received £88 million for Azar, and the rest of the money involved in the huge deal worth £130 million is to come to London through bonuses. Accordingly, Chelsea will earn £5 million for Real Madrid's progress to the Champions League final.
