Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola has shared his expectations for the 38th round of the English Championship match against West Ham.
"I have a feeling that the match will be similar to the game against Aston Villa two years ago. We would like to be 3-0 up by the 10th minute of the match, but that's not going to happen. I have watched enough West Ham games.
I am preparing for a very tough match. West Ham's 11 players will be ready to beat us. Just like Aston Villa two seasons ago. We didn't expect anything from them. Our fans must be ready to be with us from the first minute," Pep was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
It will be recalled that in the 2021/22 season, Manchester City played against Aston Villa in the final round, losing 0-2 during the game, but managed to pull out a 3-2 victory, winning the Premier League title.
