"Barcelona will have to pay Xavi 20 million euros in case of his dismissal

Barcelona's management has started looking for a new head coach to replace Javi Hernandez.

According to Mundo Deportivo, if the Catalans decide to unilaterally dismiss the coach and his staff, they will have to pay a compensation of €20 million. In the current economic situation of the club, such a decision seems unjustified.

Xavi is reported to meet with Barca president Joan Laporte next week.
