The president of Rukh Lviv, Hryhoriy Kozlovsky, commented on the team's 6th place finish in the Ukrainian championship:

First of all, I would like to thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine for giving us the opportunity to play in such a difficult time and to give positive emotions to you, our dear fans!
Unfortunately, we stopped one step short of our dream. But our young people and coaching staff deserve words of gratitude - you played well and, most importantly, you as players and all of us as a club followed the Fair Play rule! Yes, we are hurt today, but not ashamed! I am sure we will only get stronger.
