It is reported that United's bosses have decided to end their cooperation with ten Hag. The official announcement of the Dutch coach's dismissal will be made in the near future.

The Telegraph also states that the new main contender for the vacant position is Italian specialist Roberto De Zerbi, who previously left Brighton. His appointment as United's new coach is expected to be announced this week.

Last season, Manchester United won the FA Cup, beating Manchester City 2-1 in the final.
