Former Ukraine forward Andriy Voronin congratulated Bochum defender Ivan Ordets on winning the play-off round to retain their place in the Bundesliga.

We would like to add that Ordets plays for Bochum on loan. His contract still belongs to Dynamo Moscow.
We would like to remind you that after the outbreak of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, Ordets remained silent and continued to work there. It was only in early July last year that he took advantage of the FIFA rule that allows him to suspend his contract for a year and moved to German side Bochum. Voronin left Dynamo Moscow a few days after the invasion.
