Chelsea to announce new head coach in the coming days

Chelsea will soon confirm the appointment of Italian specialist Enzo Mareschi as head coach, the Telegraph reports.

According to a source, the Blues reached a full agreement on the Italian with Leicester two days ago. Today, the parties have settled all the details of the deal, and lawyers are working on the final formalities. Chelsea are expected to officially announce the appointment in the coming days.

Enzo Mareschi's contract with the London giants runs until 2029. The agreement also includes an option to extend for another year.

Earlier it was reported that Leicester would receive compensation from Chelsea for the 44-year-old coach in the amount of about €10 million.
