- How strong is your national team? Do you expect at least to reach the quarter-finals?
- I have already been to two European Championships, this is the third one for me. We have a strong and good team. Young players play in the strongest leagues, there are experienced players, a very good balance. Over the past period we have improved from match to match. I want us to show good football and get a good result.
- What is the hardest part of the preparation for the European Championship?
- We have very good conditions to play football, to train. But the most important thing for me is when you wake up in the morning and read the news about how Russia is destroying our cities and killing our people ... That's the hardest part of training.
- Artem Dovbik became the top scorer of the Spanish championship. How important is he for the team?
- Artem is a top player, top scorer. We are happy for Dovbik and his trophy, it gives him confidence. It is very good for our team.
