The Ukrainian national team continues its preparations for Euro 2024 in Germany. On Sunday, the Ukrainian national team's regular training session was also a pre-match for the friendly with the German national team, which will take place today in Nuremberg.
In the evening of yesterday, the Ukrainians arrived for training at the already familiar field of the Eltersdorf club in neighbouring Erlangen. By the way, this training session of our team was attended by Ukrainian children and their parents who live in the South of Germany. After the training session, head coach Serhii Rebrov and the national team players traditionally paid attention to their countrymen, leaving their autographs and taking pictures.
Today's training session was attended by media representatives for the first 15 minutes: despite the transfer of the official training session to a smaller pitch, the media events are held in accordance with the regulations.
After jogging and warming up, the players practised holding the ball in squares of different formations. In the main part of the pre-game training session, the head coach focused on the tactical aspects of the game.
