German Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz attended yesterday's friendly match between his national team and Ukraine in Nuremberg.

Before the match Scholz met with the president of the UAF Shevchenko. The head of the Ukrainian Football Association thanked the Chancellor for the support Germany provides to Ukraine. As a sign of friendship between our countries, Shevchenko presented Scholz with a shirt of the Ukrainian national team.

We shall remind you that in the coming days our national team will play two more friendly matches. On Friday, 7 June, Rebrov's wards will play against Poland, and on Tuesday, 11 June, the "blue and yellow" will complete their preparations for Euro 2024 with a match against Moldova.
