"Brighton are continuing to work on the return of their former head coach Graham Potter, according to The Athletic.
Graham Potter, Getty ImagesAccording to a source, Brighton are thinking about bringing back Potter, who turned the Seagulls from an EPL outsider to a solid mid-table side in his 40 months at the club.
Potter was also credited with the progressive style of football that Graham instilled in Brighton, which attracted the attention of big clubs, including Chelsea.
It was Chelsea who lured Potter away in September 2022, paying Graham a record-breaking coaching fee for world football. However, in April 2023, Chelsea fired Potter, who has been out of work ever since.
