According to Fabrizio Romano, Nesta will become the new head coach of Monza. The 48-year-old specialist and the club have reached a verbal agreement, and the only thing left to do is to sign the documents.
Nesta will replace Raffaele Palladino, who took over from Vincenzo Italiano at Fiorentina.
This will be Nesta's first experience as a head coach in Serie A. Last season he was in charge of Reggiana in Serie B, and before that he coached Perugia and Frosinone.
